Quick and refreshing cocktail – time for a drink!

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS

12 oz (350 ml) vodka
6 oz (180 ml) triple sec liqueur
12 oz (350 ml) fresh soursop purée
3 oz (90 ml) lemongrass syrup

METHOD:

Purée a ripe Soursop and strain well. Boil a bunch of lemongrass in water until infused, add sugar and stir until mixture reaches a syrupy texture. Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a Martini glass.
