Quick and easy Caribbean inspired smoothie.

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:

Flesh of 2 ripe mangoes
Flesh of ½ ripe papaya
8 oz Yao plain low-fat or Greek yoghurt
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
8 oz cold water
¼ tsp vanilla extract
10 ice cubes

GARNISH:

4 mint sprigs

METHOD:

Blend the mango, papaya, yoghurt, cinnamon,water, vanilla extract and ice cubes in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with mint sprig.
