20 shots

INGREDIENTS: Melon Lime Shots

5 limes, halved, squeezed (reserve juice) & flesh removed, being careful not to pierce the skin
¾ cup boiling water
2 tbsp. lime juice, strained
½ cup Cavalier Antigua White Rum
½ cup melon liqueur
1 box jello (melon flavour)
Poppy seeds to garnish

INGREDIENTS: Lemon Ginger Shots

5 lemons, halved, squeezed (reserve juice) & flesh removed, being careful not to pierce the skin
¾ cup boiling water
4 tbsp. lemon juice, strained
½ cup Cavalier Antigua White Rum
½ cup ginger liqueur
1 box jello (lemon flavour)

METHOD:

Dissolve jello in ¾ cup of boiling water. Remove from heat. Add the lime juice, rum and liqueur. Stir to combine. Pour jello to the top of the lime halves and refrigerate overnight or until firm. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each lime half in half again, making wedges. Garnish with a sprinkling of poppy seeds on the Melon Lime shots.
