Chef Mariana Boland gained acclaim as the sous chef at Hamilton’s restaurant, and continues to create delicious, memorable meals through her newly established full service Bistro and Private Catering Service.
Mari’s provides full meals and finger foods with European and International influences. Pinwheel chicken stuffed with seasoned goat’s cheese, gourmet burgers and daily catch of the day served with fresh salads are great main courses. Her signature stuffed pork tenderloin is served with a creamy mushroom sauce and comes with mashed potatoes, salad and glazed carrots. All meals come with a slice of complimentary carrot and peanut cake. The Bailey’s infused bread & butter pudding is a must for dessert lovers.
Mari’s Private Catering Service accommodates a variety of functions from small weddings, private parties, yacht crew meals, to private villa dinners.
